Michigan College Prep Cheer presents: The second annual Michigan College Cheer Recruitment Showcase! This clinic and showcase are for high school athletes ONLY. This Commuter Camp is for individuals who plan to transition from high school to college cheerleading. This camp focuses on coed and all-girl stunting, tumbling, choreography, and jumps. Male and female athletes aged 13 - 18 years old are invited to attend.

Michigan College Prep Cheer clinics are conducted in a low-pressure, safe, and fun environment on the University of Michigan campus. You will benefit greatly from this clinic if you want to try out as a college cheerleader anywhere across the nation, especially at the University of Michigan.

The techniques and skills that we will help you develop will give you a big head start over your competitors. You will train with former and current University of Michigan Cheerleaders and Coaching Staff as well as other collegiate cheerleaders and coaches. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your skills to college coaches from cheer programs all around the state.

What To Bring: Athletes should wear t-shirts, shorts, and cheer shoes. Please leave any jewelry or valuables at home; we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Any braces, wraps, or tape needed for safe athletic participation must be brought to the clinic. A First Responder will be present for taping. However, athletic tape is NOT provided.

Location: The Indoor Training Center at the University of Michigan

Spots available:

Flyer/top girl - $175/participant - These athletes will fly with coed bases as well as all-girl bases - 90 spots available
Bases (male and female) - $155/participant - These athletes WILL NOT FLY. These athletes will focus on all-girl/group stunts for their stunt practice - 60 spots available
Mid/Base and flyer - $165/participant - These athletes will spend half of the stunt time in coed stunts as flyers and half of the stunt time in group stunts as bases - 45 spots available

Refund Policy

Cancellation before Monday, July 28, 2025 = refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee.
Cancellation before Monday, August 4, 2025 = refund minus a $75.00 administrative fee.
Cancellation August 4 - 7, 2025 = refund minus $100.00 administrative fee.

No refunds after 5:00 PM Thursday, August 7, 2025.
Campers are encouraged to purchase camp insurance.

Open to any and all entrants; limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender.

THIS CAMP IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY MICHIGAN COLLEGE PREP CAMPS LLC. THE UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EXPENSES RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMP OR COSTS INCURRED IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE CAMP.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH NCAA RULES, MICHIGAN SPORTS CAMPS ARE OPEN TO ANY AND ALL THAT WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND, BUT MAY LIMIT ATTENDANCE BASED ON SEVERAL FACTORS, SUCH AS AGE, NUMBER AND GRADE LEVEL. HOWEVER, CAMP ATTENDANCE AT MICHIGAN (INCLUDING ATTENDANCE AT ELITE OR ADVANCED CAMPS) IS NEVER RESTRICTED BY A CAMPER'S SKILL LEVEL OR COMPETITIVE EXPERIENCE.
