Sunday

Check in from 12:00-1:30 pm

2:30-5:00 pm  4 x 35 minute stations

  1. Stroke counts in all 4 strokes
  2. Float / Balance introduction
  3. Dryland training introduction
  4. Camp rules discussion

Monday – Wednesday

7:30-7:50 Check in

8:00-11:00 am  Session 1:  4 x 40 minute stations

  1. Stroke lecture with video demonstration
  2. Dryland training
  3. Float / Balance practice and stroke technique instruction
  4. Individual video taping & mini set

11:00-1:30 Lunch and Rest

*11:00-11:45 Optional Workout*

Lunch at the dorm with staff for commuters with lunch

1:30-4:30 pm  Session 2:  4 x 40 minute stations

  1. Individual video review & critique
  2. Nutrition lecture; relaxation / visualization drills; Mindset & Grit
  3. Advanced stroke efficiency drills
  4. Starts & turns

Thursday

7:30-7:50 Check in

8:15-10:15  4 stations

  1. Olympic videos with technical instruction
  2. Autographs and Q&A with All Americans
  3. Post camp stroke counts
  4. Relay exchanges

10:15-10:45 am   Camp closing

Intensive Training Track

Sunday

12:00-1:30 pm Camp Check In

2:30-5:00 pm  Warm up and 200 freestyle & 100 stroke time trials (placement for training lanes)

Monday – Wednesday

7:30-7:50 Check in

8:00-11:00 am  Session 1:  Michigan Systematic Training session

11:00-1:30 pm Lunch & Rest

1:30-4:30 pm  Session 2:  Systematic Training with stroke demonstrations and drills, video taping and technique review

Thursday

7:30-7:50 Check in

8:15-10:10 am  Warm up and Survivor 50’s

10:15-10:30 am  Camp Closing
