2019 TRACK & FIELD CLINIC

SUNDAY, MARCH 3RD
Grades: 8th - 12th, Boys & Girls
Session 1: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Check-in at 9:00 - 9:45 a.m.)
Session 2: 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. (Check-in at 12:00 - 12:45 p.m.)
Single Session Cost: $49
Both Sessions Cost: $99 (Includes Lunch)
AM session will be more fundamental programming
PM session will be more advanced programming
REGISTER

Speed Development Clinic will cover: fundamental instruction of sprinting, mechanics, posture, acceleration, positioning, etc.

Hurdle Clinic will cover: hurdle mechanics, drills, posture, position, step patterns, acceleration and starts.

Throws Clinic will cover: fundamental instruction of various throwing events, posture, positions, technique, etc.

Jumps Clinic will cover Long Jump, High Jump and Pole Vault.

**Long jump will be overed in AM Session, HJ in PM session and Pole Vault during both session.

Location: New Michigan Indoor Track & Field Facility

What To Bring: Water Bottle, Training Shoes, and Event Shoes

Forms: All campers have the option of uploading a physical, if they would like it on file for our trainers.  If uploading a physical we ask that it was completed within the past year and signed by a physician. Players can upload their Physical Form during registration.

Open to any and all entrants; limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender.

HOWEVER, CAMP ATTENDANCE AT MICHIGAN (INCLUDING ATTENDANCE AT ELITE OR ADVANCED CAMPS) IS NEVER RESTRICTED BY A CAMPER'S SKILL LEVEL OR COMPETITIVE EXPERIENCE.
