Residential “PLUS” Camp

The Residential Plus Camp offers boys, ages 14-16, an intensified developmental soccer environment for the advanced player. The camp is designed for players seeking individualized instruction, furthering their tactical understanding as well as gaining knowledge about other topics related to improving their soccer lifestyle for the future.

The Residential Plus Camper curriculum is designed to educate campers about the transition from youth to college soccer on the field and a healthy soccer lifestyle off of the field. These campers will work directly with the Michigan Soccer staff and current Michigan players in all of their sessions. In addition to on field training, the residential plus camper will receive two lectures on nutrition and the college recruiting process. They will have the opportunity to do strength and conditioning and learn more about the importance of proper recovery and regeneration. Campers will also take part in an interactive tactical film analysis in the University of Michigan Men's Soccer locker room. A camp ball and Nike shirt will be provided to campers as part of registration.

There is a maximum capacity of 30 campers for the Residential Plus camp.
