2024 Winter Positional Skills Clinic

Our Winter Positional Skills Clinics provide a unique lacrosse experience for youth, middle school and high school players and aims to parallel D1 small-group and individual training sessions.  The two-day clinic will focus on specific skills to promote  high-level execution in games.  Skills will be broken down into fundamental segments that progress into game-like scenarios.  Camp numbers are limited to create an environment of high reps and upper-level coaching from the Michigan staff.

Schedule/Sessions:
Limited participants per skill

• Shooting Clinic (Attack and Midfielders):
  • 9:00am: Check-in
  • 9:30am - 10:30am: Skill Session
• Defense:
  • 10:00am: Check-in
  • 10:30am - 11:30am: Skill Session
• Goalie:
  • 11:00am: Check-in
  • 11:30am - 12:30pm: Skill Session
