Wolverine Golf Schools

The Wolverine Golf Schools offer outstanding instructional opportunities for golfers of all abilities who are interested in improving their games at the University of Michigan. Campers will experience one of the finest university owned courses in America, the University of Michigan Golf Course.

 
     
Pure Ball Striking - May 23

Camp Fee: $150

  • Learn the fundamentals of good ball stroking and tee shots from lead instructor, Coach Pumford.
  • Utilize Trackman Golf Radar System along with a V1 camera system.
  • Each Camper will get an assessment of their game and a personalized improvement plan.
   

Boys Day Camp - June 23-25

Camp Fee: $475

Open to boys entering 6th through 12th grade

  • Coaches of the Michigan men's golf team will teach fundamentals for the short game, give personal full-swing instruction, and address on-course strategies
  • Students will participate in skill contests and on-course playing assignments
  • Coaches will lead discussions on practice techniques and long-term game development
  • V1 Golf Swing Analysis and on-course experience where the camper will receive instruction from management skills, green reading, pre-shot routine, and mental toughness.
   

Confident Putting - July 6

Camp Fee: $100

Open to boys entering 6th through 12th grade

  • With the use of SAM Putt Lab, campers will have their putting strokes analyzed and learn the fundamentals to confident putting.
  • "Drive for show, Putt for dough." 
   
Short Game Secrets - August 24

  • Come learn the fundamentals for a great short game.
  • Campers will have an opportunity to learn what the best collegiate and pro players in the world are doing to wedge it close to the hole. 
 

 

In accordance with NCAA rules, Michigan sports camps may limit attendance based on several factors, such as age, number and grade level. However, camp attendance at Michigan (including attendance at elite or advanced camps) is never restricted by a camper's skill level or competitive experience.
